There is the corner of a spiral notebook in the bottom center (triangular shaped) that moves to the left and up. You can also see the investigators flashlights react to the sound of the movement.

The still picture above shows the location of the camera. One investigator was against the wall by the headboard and the other standing in the doorway (where this picture was taken). The camera was pointing at the spiral notebook. Neither investigator was near the spiral notebook.
