Dell 2.8 P4 processor, 1GB memory, 2 SATA drives 80 and
160 GB, - used for Hi8 video input and analyzation. Audio
analyzation is done with Acoustica 4.0 and Clear Voice Denoiser. Compaq - AMD Athlon 2200, 512 MB memory, 80 GB drive - used for collecting bullet camera (CCTV) video onsite. MPEG4 compression. Sony 3.0 P4, 1GB memory, 160GB SATA HD, 120 FPS 4 channel video capture used with our upgraded CCD IR cameras. |
|||
| Sony Hi 8 camcorders | CCD TRV 66, CCD TRV 68, CCD TRV 138, Sony IR light, and extra batteries. | |||
| IR Bullet cameras | We have 7, all using Sony Technology for the IR. 4 are 320 lines CMOS and 3 are 420 lines CCD, 24 led and 34 led. | |||
| Digital Sound Level Meter | Used to establish ambient noise levels prior to recording. Also used "live" to detect an real time increase in sound levels. | |||
| Digital Voice Recorders | 4 Olympus VN960PCs (capable of 16 hours of recording each), 1 Olympus VN120pc, 2 Olympus VN480PC, and 1 Panasonic RR-QR150. The more audio the better. | |||
| Photography | Digital is done with a 2mp Kodak CX4230 and 35mm is done with a Canon EOS, and members personal cameras. | |||
| Raytek MiniTemp | Laser temperature sensor for checking the temperature of things that we can't reach to check for cold sources, not cold spots. | |||
| CEM DT-321 | Temperature and humidity sensor to check the air temperature and relative humidity of the area. | |||
| Sper Scientific Electromagnetic Field Tester | Used to detect EMF. Covers from 0 to 199 miligauss. The digital readout is great and very accurate. It's a single axis meter and can measure in either Tesla or Gauss. Great for finding magnetic fields and bad wiring. (see the definitions tab) | |||
| CellSensor EMF Meter | 2 Directional EMF meters used to check in a specific location and in conjunction with a Hi8 camcorder as a movement/EMF warning device. Set as high. | |||
| Walkie Talkies | Multi-channel and small. One for the base (RV) and one for the team. | |||
| tif 7000AC Digital Thermometer / Pyrometer | Used to accurately check "cold spots". Fast response time of 1-4 seconds. We have 2, one for each team. These help a lot, now we know how cold a cold spot is. | |||
| Marantz PMD221 | Tape recorder used to record higher frequencies than the digital recorders. | |||
| Laser Levels | Used to establish a "laser grid" that will show anything that penetrates the grid. | |||
| Miscellaneous Stuff | Heavy duty video cable (800 ft) in 100 foot sections, many extension cords, power bars, miscellaneous cables, batteries, batteries, batteries, and aluminum cases to keep the equipment protected, and a 6KW generator for those "remote" places. | |||
