Investigations

In order for us to conduct an investigation, we require specific information, including:

An exact address of the activity and type of building.
What type of activity has been observed?
Who is affected by the activity?
How long has it been happening?
How often does it occur?
When was the last episode?
The name, phone number and email address of the owner of the property.
Who you are (if not the owner) and your contact information.
What do you expect from us?

We limit our drive to about 75 miles (or 1.5 hours) from State Rte 68 / Interstate 71 exit 50 (near Wilmington). Occasionally do we travel further.

We NEVER go onto a property without the OWNER'S written permission.

We NEVER release, or post on this website, any information about an investigation without written authorization from the involved party. Your privacy is paramount.

We NEVER charge to investigate, nor do we PAY for the privilege.

6 cameras running 6 hours = 36 hours of video to review and 36 hours of audio to review. That's 72 hours of data, almost 2 weeks of 8 hours a day analyzation. We ALL have day jobs to support this habit, so be patient waiting for the investigation results.
