The schedule for our dealing with the client after initial contact is simple.
  1. Schedule a meeting to discuss the potential paranormal activity.  Here we talk about what you, the client, have observed and review the information to see if an investigation is warranted.   Also we request that the client start keeping a log on the activity to see if there is a pattern.
  2. Schedule a site survey where we get a basic layout of the location.  Specifically we look for potential hazards, such as low tree branches, stairs, or wires.  The client will also show us the areas of interest concerning the paranormal activity.  Paperwork, such as permission to investigate, will also be reviewed and completed.  Permission to post information on our website is discussed at this point.  We also try to schedule the investigation date at this time.
  3. The team arrives at the scheduled time, reviews the log with the client and gets any updates.  Equipment is setup and monitored for the investigation.  Upon completion of the investigation, we break down the equipment and depart.
  4. The team will review the data then schedule a return visit to go over the findings.  This process is time consuming.  Usually around 120 hours of data is collected.  That is equivalent to 3 weeks of normal work at a job.
